He's doing pretty well- when we saw him on Saturday late morning, he hadn't taken any pain meds (not even OTC!) since early the night before. So that's definitely promising. He's going to physical therapy and has to walk around on it with crutches, but is recuperating quite well. Also, a very exciting thing- he left knee no longer sticks out! His knee was so bad that it was actually bowing *out*. But not anymore. It was hard to even tell before the surgery, but afterwards, with one knee straight and his right knee still janked up...it's hilarious. Unfortunately, I didn't get a pic of that, though.
While we were there, we also took this pic of Mom. It's going to be her new Facebook pic:
