Hi,
This is Dustin, the guy in the userpic.

Several folks can't hear phone posts. It's really easy, all you have to do is install a small piece of software called a codec, which will enable your computer to play the file.

You can get this software from http://tobias.everwicked.com/oggds.htm

Download and install the file. Then try and play a phone post. It will say something about not knowing how to open the file and it will want you to select the program to play the file with. Select your media player (most people use Windows media player) and vola, all done.

If you are on a Mac, you can install the Ogg Codec for Quicktime at http://www.illadvised.com/~jordy/ (Mac OS 10.2 and QuickTime 6.2 OR greater)

Alternatively, you could install WinAmp or MacAmp and not have to do any of the steps above.

My dad called me again tonite.

Yep. Another beaver. This time near Highway 124. He said it's huge and has the tail of a beaver, so it must be a beaver (who shall henceforth be referred to as Beaver#2). Or a cleverly disguised dog. I'm trying to find an excuse to go over there tomorrow so I can visit it. Maybe throw some flowers on top of him. That would be funny, in a sick sort of way.

Dad said the beaver on Highway 78 (who shall henceforth be referred to as Beaver#1) was gone by the time he drove by a few hours after he called me yesterday. Someone must've scooped him up and had him for supper. I'm disappointed I didn't get to visit him. But now I have another chance! I'll visit Beaver#2!
